Join us as we protest the visit of Billionaire Gubernatorial Candidate Vivek Ramaswamy to Geauga County. Ramaswamy has been endorsed by Trump for Governor of Ohio. Ramaswamy will destroy public education by expanding vouchers to giving our public tax dollars money to private schools. Ramaswamy wants to privatize government functions. In a 2023 speech and in his book Woke Inc., Ramaswamy called Martin Shkreli, whose company had raised the price of the life-saving drug Daraprim from $13.50 to $750 a pill, "brilliant". He criticized the Department of Justice for prosecuting Shkreli, calling his fraud a victimless crime. His support for Shkreli is not surprising given that Ramaswamy's own pharmaceutical company was located in tax haven Bermuda.
